Seriously. If many are you wondering what I'm talking about please read on. You see when Tom and I were first married I got sucked into the world of Mary Kay. The outcome was not pleasant and I felt sooo pressured when I was trying to be actively involved. I realized several things about that. One - I need to work on being more confident in front of people. Two - I don't like the idea of buying inventory that just sits on my shelf. So two years ago I sold all my inventory and said I would NEVER do something like that again. Then the recession hit and going back to school was more money than we could afford. So I began to think of ways to earn money so that I could go back to school or to finally get that Lasik surgery I so desperately want. (For all you who don't know I'm HORRIBLY near-sighted. As my hubby or any of my roommates from college. I'm the thing that goes bump in the night!)
I knew Mary Kay was NOT an option, so I hunted around. I started looking into medical assisting jobs but they want someone full time and I'm not ready to give up my Mom title to someone else. Thus I was determined to find something from home. I scoured the Internet and didn't feel good about most of the options that were coming up. Mainly because I was pretty sure they were scams. I signed up with Melaleuca. They are an INCREDIBLE company. I LOVE, LOVE their cleaning products. First time in YEARS that I didn't feel like I was going to suffocate when I pulled out the cleaners to clean. Even though they have a nice earning potential and sell more than just cleaning products I just wasn't quite sure how to market them. I still buy their wonderful products but decided perhaps they aren't the route for me to earn and save. So amid all of this hunting and thinking I signed up with Avon. It was affordable to sign up! ($10!)
I wanted to let you all know that I have a blog that I have set up and will be posting a Deal of the Day everyday. Plus you can order anytime you want and have it shipped right to your door!
There is a promotion going on right now that if your order is $30 (or more) you can earn free shipping. Check out my blog for more info!

My friend's husband works for Melalueca and I love their cleaning products too. I haven't really tried anything else though. Good luck on your avon too.
