Oh How I Love Thee!

Thee as in my hubby.
We are celebrating his birthday today.
The big something - zero.
What did he get?
I'll spill later as he hasn't gotten it yet.
I would list the big something - zero list of ways I love him but since this will be posted to Facebook
 he won't like that much.

He requested these little yummies for his dessert.
First time ever making them.
Any guesses as to what they are?

I had a lot of fun  making these and they taste wonderfully!  I think I might make some for Babe's birthday party bash but a little less sophisticated!

PS - Any one who has ever made these I have a question:
How do I get them to keep their roundnesses after dipping in chocolate?!

Are these cake pops?

to keep them round after you dip them, spin the stick in your hand so that the drips keep sort of folding over on the pop until it hardens a bit - for a minute or two just keep spinning it slowly - then get a piece of styrofoam (i get mine from the dollar store) and stand them up and put them in the fridge until they are completely hard. hope that helps and makes sense. :)
