Catch UP!

Wow. I realized that I haven't said much about our adventures for the last couple of months so be prepared! Catch UP! Long post is coming on. I can feel it. Can you?

First off we headed up to Nanaimo, British Columbia to visit Tom's mom and step-dad for a week near the end of May. Nanaimo is sooo beautiful! I want to live there! Tom and I both agreed it would be perfect. Close enough to the ocean for him and I would have my mountains! Some pics from the trip.

Little Man and Tom enjoying the trampoline. They were being bounced my either Tom's sister Emily or Grandma Williams! Little Man LOVED getting on the trampoline EVERYDAY we were there!


Little Man had so much fun with this slip n' slide! Wish we had a hill to make one of our own!


We spent an afternoon at the Vancouver Aquarium! They had sea life from around the ocean up there! They had these really cool dolphins that were gray with black noses and black streaks on their bodies! I didn't have the camera when they did their show!

This next picture is of the Pacific White Sided Dolphins that they had there. (I got it off the Internet) They were really cool to watch during their show!


Once we got back from from our trip to the north it was time for the Adult Pine Wood Derby in our ward. They had two categories. BSA rules and Anything Goes. Tom entered into the Anything Goes category and you'll see why when you look at the picture!

The Car




It was so much fun! His only REAL competition was a guy who built one with CO2 cartridges. But the firing pin only works half the time where as Tom's car worked all the time. It was fun and Little Man was sooo excited to be there to watch!
